Personal Roles & Responsibilities Undertaken: Outline all our ideas, with details on camera techniques, camera shots, times, locations, props etc. Brief Description of Experiences: We have all worked well together and have agreed on most of the ideas we have had, the only problems we can for see at the moment is being unable to obtain permission.

Personal Roles & Responsibilities Undertaken: Complete Risk assessments and Cast & crew list Brief Description of Experiences: We all completed our Risk assessments, we worked as a team to get this completed which means that we could be ready to start filming within the next few days. We did each piece of work all as a group so that we all understood what each person was doing.

Time (from – to): 1:15 – 4:30pm Activities: Editing

Personal Roles & Responsibilities Undertaken: As a team we captured each clip we filmed on the video onto the video camera onto Final Cut Pro. From there we cut the parts we wanted and put them onto the timeline where the video will be made. Brief Description of Experiences: We all edited it together, choosing which part goes where. It was fun watching the video back & watching it come together so well. It took us quite a while to edit it together because most of the clips the actor was mouthing the words, which made it harder to match it to the music in the programme – we had to either speed up or slow down each clip.

Time (from – to): 1-2pm Activities: completing out first shoot for part of the video

Personal Roles & Responsibilities Undertaken: We filmed part of our music video, me and Wendy filmed it, Asha was the actor and Devon took care of the props Brief Description of Experiences: (including problems encountered, teamwork, & what had been learned) The only problems we encountered was that we were filming in the middle of the street and I was stand across the road filming this meant that car’s kept getting in the way so we had to keep reshooting it.  We all worked together to make a great first part of our music video.
